1. Service scope
IPRisk combines independent sources to provide IP network attributes, reputation, and risk signals. Results reflect information observable at the time of a check and support risk decisions; they are not identity, credit, legal, or compliance determinations.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide a valid email and protect sign-in links and API keys. Keys may not be shared, resold, or published. Activity through your account or keys is treated as your activity. Contact us and rotate a key promptly if unauthorized use is suspected.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and renewal
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Each billing period includes the listed credits. A successful unique IP lookup costs one credit, including cache hits; credits are returned for system failures. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Pricing, monthly credits, API rate, and batch limits are shown on the Pricing page.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the billing portal in the console. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current period. Refunds follow the Refunds & Cancellation policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, complete, or error-free sources, results, or features. We may change the service for security, compliance, maintenance, or improvement while seeking to avoid unreasonable impact on paid entitlements.
6. Lawful use and suspension
You may use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes and must follow the Acceptable Use policy. We may restrict or suspend access for suspected attacks, unauthorized scanning, rate-limit evasion, fraud, infringement, or threats to platform security.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPRisk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on results, third-party data changes, network interruption, or misuse. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not limited by this section.
