1. Information we process
We may process submitted or detected IP addresses, check results, request times, basic network and browser signals, account email, sign-in and security events, API and batch usage records, and support communications. For payments, we receive customer, order, subscription, and transaction identifiers from Creem. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by IPRisk.
2. Why we use it
Information is used to deliver and improve checks, authenticate accounts, administer subscriptions and credits, provide billing access, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
3. Service providers
We share information only as needed with infrastructure and business providers, including Cloudflare (network, security, and hosting), Supabase (accounts and database), Resend (transactional email), Creem (payments, subscriptions, taxes, and customer portal), and data sources used for checks. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
4. Cookies and local storage
After sign-in, we use a necessary secure cookie to maintain your session. Your browser may store language or interface preferences. We do not use this necessary data for cross-site advertising tracking.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. We use access controls, encrypted transport, key hashing, and request limits, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information and may cancel a subscription. Some billing, security, or compliance records may need to be retained by law. Rights vary by location, and valid requests are handled under applicable law.
7. International processing and updates
Our providers may process data outside your country or region. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law. For material policy changes, we update the effective date here or provide reasonable notice.
