1. Permitted use
Permitted uses include fraud prevention, account security, network troubleshooting, proxy or VPN signal review, asset-risk checks, and security operations for systems you own or are authorized to assess. Results should be used with other evidence.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use IPRisk for or to assist unlawful scanning, unauthorized access, exploitation, malware, harassment, tracking, evasion of sanctions or law enforcement, privacy or intellectual-property violations, fraud, or other unlawful activity. Results may not be the sole basis for discriminatory or high-impact decisions.
3. Protecting the platform and API
You may not bypass human verification, authentication, credits, concurrency, or rate limits; automate account registration; share or expose API keys; reverse engineer or disrupt the service; submit malicious payloads; or scrape or call endpoints in a way that may reduce availability for others.
4. Data and third-party rights
You must have a lawful basis to submit IP addresses and other data and comply with applicable privacy, cybersecurity, export-control, and industry rules. You may not resell raw third-party data or falsely present IPRisk results as coming from a single authoritative body.
5. Enforcement and appeals
To protect users, the platform, or third parties, we may limit requests, revoke keys, suspend accounts, or terminate serious violations. Urgent security risks may be addressed immediately. To appeal, email hi@iprisk.top with the account, request time, and relevant explanation.
